TJ Chumps is a regional family sports restaurant chain with an unusual name and some of the best ribs and outdoor patios you’re likely to find. With sales slowly declining for a few years, they recognized a need for a new approach to their marketing efforts. With a brand clean-up, a targeted digital marketing and social media strategy, and a re-design of all collateral we were able to make TJ Chumps look like a national restaurant chain. The result has been a stabilizing of sales the past 4 years with a 7% overall increase in sales the past 2 years and a reversing of negative trends prior to our marketing strategy implementation.

Through a combination of both paid and organic social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising we’ve developed a consistent and engaging brand identity where both the food and the experience are the heroes. New menus, in-store signage, collateral, and more carry this image directly into the hands of customers. Our targeted campaigns have resulted in both the busiest day and the busiest hour in TJ Chumps 17 year history. Each year our efforts reach 400,000+ impressions with potential customers.

WEBSITE DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
Our Redesign with a basic website makeover to better convey the TJ Chumps experience and highlight their food. Recent efforts have expanded the website to include landing pages for each restaurant, campaign landing pages, customer surveys, catering, and integration with Door Dash delivery. We also manage and host the website while ensuring TJ Chumps remains relevant on search engines with continual key word updates and additional strategies.
