The campaign delivered a major resurgence in visibility and engagement for Homearama, surpassing attendance and traffic levels from the previous two years. Through a multi-channeled digital strategy—including PPC campaigns, Facebook and Instagram ads, and targeted email marketing—we successfully reached broad yet relevant audiences. By leveraging both static graphics and high-impact video, we generated strong brand awareness while also exceeding sponsor expectations. The six-week campaign resulted in over 5 million impressions and over 34,700 clicks to the Homearama landing page, reestablishing the event as a premier showcase for homebuilding in the Dayton region.
Our email campaign had an average open rate of 45% and a 5.3% click through rate.
Our marketing set included PPC, social media, local media digital takeover ads, sponsored newsletters and an email campaign.
Our social media ads had 23k clicks, and generated over 40k interactions (meaning the content was shared and interacted with organically beyond the ad set.)
