The Challenge
The founders wanted to recreate the bold attitude and nostalgia of classic New York delis while appealing to a Dayton audience. The challenge was to build a compelling brand and in-store experience that reflected premium ingredients, big personality, and a true sense of place—all from the ground up.

Brand Guide & Assets
