Dayton Realtors is the regional chapter of the National Association of Realtors and represents over 2,800 members in the Miami Valley. With new leadership came a recognition that Dayton Realtors (formerly DABR) needed a fresh identity that made them stand head and shoulders with NAR boards from much larger metropolitan areas across the country. Coupled with this identity is a refreshed website with easier-to-use real estate listing tools for its members, and more user-friendly search tools for home buyers in the Dayton region.
Branding & Design
Shifting their brand name from Dayton Area Board of Realtors (DABR) to the much simpler Dayton Realtors, they wanted a brand mark that reflected this forward thinking frame-of-mind. The result was an elegant and pleasant to look at brand icon that combined Dayton’s grid city structure, rivers, and bridges to create a distinct tree shape whose colors change with the seasons.

For their new website Dayton Realtors wanted a clean and simple to navigate website that was easy to update, and possessed the same database real estate search and listing listing functionality of a Zillow or Trulia. Currently self-managed by Dayton Realtors using our customized back-end, communicating with members and home buyers on their website has never been easier.
