WEB DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT

SICSA is well known as Dayton's best and most ethical place to adopt a pet. They work hard to connect adorable animals with loving homes, and they needed a new web design that worked just as hard for them. With a new brand identity and new center of operations already completed, the next step was to bring their online presence up to the visual standards they had now established for themselves. Letting the cute dogs and cats take center stage in the web design was an easy choice as well as letting their new bright and friendly color palette drive the whole look forward. The tough work came in the form of how to reduce the previous website's piecemeal content additions, which had resulted in a bloated page count and difficulty in finding important information for users. We reduced the page count by nearly half, and made updates and daily content additions easy and process-oriented.
